How does the program work?

At Adored by David's, we are committed to extending the life of our products and ensuring they remain in circulation for as long as possible. Here's how it works:

Step 1: Thorough Inspection
Each item is carefully inspected by our trusted Recommerce partner, Arrive, to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Step 2: Cleaning & Repair
Items are professionally dry cleaned and repaired, if necessary, to restore them to their best condition.

Step 3: Ready for a New Journey
Once inspected, cleaned, and repaired, the items are listed for sale on Adored, where they’re ready to find a new home and continue their story.

What is your returns policy?

All sales on Adored by David's are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you received the wrong item or have any other issues with your order, please contact us immediately at adoredcustomercare@dbi.com.

Are items cleaned before shipping?

All pre-owned items are cleaned using progressive, commercial cleaning techniques. We only use organic cleaning agents in a high efficiency and low energy consumption environment. You can be assured that all items on Adored by David's are cleaned sustainably. Due to handling during the shipping process, items may need to be steamed.

How do I change or cancel an order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact Customer Care at adoredcustomercare@dbi.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, but unfortunately we cannot cancel or change your order once it's shipped. If part or all of your order is successfully canceled, we will send you an email for your records.

How much does shipping cost?

Adored by David's offers $10 flat rate shipping for orders in the continental U.S. and $25 for Alaska and Hawaii.

Free shipping on orders over $79 to the continental U.S.

*Free shipping is not available for Alaska and Hawaii.
