What is Adored by David's?

Adored by David's is David's Bridal's product offering for open box and pre-owned wedding, bridesmaid, and special occasion dresses and accessories. With an eye towards the earth, and your budget, Adored by David's is our solution to ensuring beautiful dresses don't go to waste.

Can I sell my own David's Bridal items on this site?

Soon! We will be launching a trade-in program, allowing David's Bridal customers to trade in gently used items and receive store credit. Check back soon for more information!

Does Adored by David's participate in the Diamond Loyalty Program?

Absoutely! You'll receive one Diamond Point for each dollar spent on Adored by David's, including shipping. Points earned through purchases made on Adored by David's will be applied to your account after your purchase is complete.

You can access your Diamond status, card, coupons, and other rewards on your account page.

Can I shop Adored by David's products in-store?

Adored by David's product and pricing is exclusively available online and not offered in our physical stores. We encourage you to browse our website for the full selection!

Order FAQ

Where does Adored by David's deliver?

We deliver to all 50 states in the USA, excluding APO/FPO addresses. We do not deliver to PO boxes. International shipping is not available at this time.

Can I pick up in store?

Unfortunately, we do not offer in-store pickup for online orders at this time. All items will be shipped directly to your address.

How much does shipping cost?

Adored by David's offers $10 flat rate shipping for orders in the continental U.S. and $25 for Alaska and Hawaii.

Free shipping on orders over $79 to the continental U.S.

* Free shipping is not available for Alaska and Hawaii.

Can I use my David's Bridal gift card or store credit on Adored by David's?

No. David's Bridal gift cards and in-store credit are only redeemable on in-store purchases.

What is your return policy?

All sales on Adored by David's are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you received the wrong item or have any other issues with your order, please contact us immediately at adoredcustomercare@dbi.com.

How do I cancel or change an order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact Customer Care at adoredcustomercare@dbi.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, but unfortunately we cannot cancel or change your order once it's shipped. If part or all of your order is successfully canceled, we will send you an email for your records.

How do I track the status of my order and order shipment?

Access your order status in Track Your Order and input your last name, order confirmation number, and the shipping address ZIP code. All orders ship via UPS.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to ensure your payment information is safe.

Product FAQ

Is the product in the image the exact item I will receive?

Product images used on Adored by David's are not of the actual item you will receive, but are reflective of the color and style of your purchase.

Please refer to our condition guide below to understand individual item quality:

  • Like New: Item is virtually new and has no obvious signs of wear.
  • Great: Item contains small signs of wear, including fraying, snags, thread pulls, or other minor imperfections in low visibility areas.

All items on Adored by David's have been thoroughly cleaned, and some items have benefitted from minor repairs. A small number of items may have received minor alterations that have not impacted the size or shape of the item.

Are items cleaned before shipping?

All pre-owned items are cleaned using progressive, commercial cleaning techniques. We only use organic cleaning agents in a high efficiency and low energy consumption environment. You can be assured that all items on Adored by David's are cleaned sustainably. Due to handling during the shipping process, items may need to be steamed.

What type of repairs are made to the items listed?

Some items have benefitted from minor repairs, and a small number of items may have received minor alterations. If needed, minor repairs may include trimming loose threads or snags; fixing a loose seam or hem; replacing a bead, sequin, or zipper, if neccessary. All items are repaired by professional seamstresses.

What type of alterations can I expect to find on Adored by David's items?

All items are thoroughly inspected individually and by hand during the check-in process. The check-in process identifies any major alterations, however minor alterations may not be caught during this process. The most common minor alteration is a hem on the bottom of a dress.
